Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed to the best of our ability within 72 hours of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, or major holidays, except by prior arrangement. All products are shipped via United States Postal Service First Class or Priority Mail. Our shipping rates are based on USPS Priority Mail flat rate packages. Shipping time varies, however within the continental USA, packages usually take 2-3 days; international shipping takes 6-10 days. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Multiple Product Orders

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges.

Out-of-Stock Products

We try to have current stock noted on our web site and ship your purchased products according to our “shipping policy” noted above. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.


We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Due to copyright issues we are unable to accept returns on any printed materials such as books, patterns or kits with instructions. Customer will be responsible for return shipping fees.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase from us, please contact within 30 days of purchase and we will refund the purchase price of the product less shipping. The product must be returned in its original condition, in original packaging, to the following address: SewQuiltCraft 517 Oak Ave. SE, Saint Michael, MN 55376.
